Chesterwell
Chesterwell is a Countryside Properties new build development in Colchester, Essex. This is a large residential development which has several developers building new homes on different parcels of land. The branding was already set by Mersea Homes so we took this and created the brochure & other supporting marketing material. The concept was to produce CGIs & floor plans that looked hand drawn & painted .
